At Clem Webb Ministries, we are dedicated to spreading joy, supporting communities, and making a difference in the lives of children. Here’s an overview of our initiatives:
1. Santa by Appointment
CWM funds and operates Santa by Appointment, a Santa Claus business, during the holiday season. We host families in our studio, organize events, and visit various venues, bringing the magic of Christmas to children through memorable encounters with Santa Claus.
2. Missionary Support
CWM provides invaluable support to an international missionary, serving as a stateside assistant. Our role includes managing logistics and administrative tasks, and acting as a liaison, allowing the missionary to focus on educating and training church leaders in Southeast Asia and the South Pacific.
3. Photography for Children’s Charities
CWM offers professional photography services to children’s charities. By capturing special moments, we help showcase the impactful work of these organizations and create lasting memories for children and their families.

ABOUT OUR LEADER
CLEM WEBB
Clem is passionate about his role as Santa Claus. His daily goal is to bring joy, peace, and love wrapped in a big Santa hug to children of all ages. He uses his business, Santa By Appointment, to minister to children.
As a Santa ambassador, he serves regional organizations in the following roles:
- Co-Director of the Convoy of Toys portion of Lone Star Santas Charities, Inc.
- Part of the Santa Team at Santa’s Wonderland in College Station, Texas.
